How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request,” or call 601-374-2476. Please include:

• Your name and the phone number or email you use with us.
• If your request is about Facebook or Instagram, the name or username you messaged us from.
• Whether you want everything deleted, or just your Facebook and Instagram messages.

What happens next

We confirm the request with you, then delete your Facebook and Instagram conversations and the profile details that came with them from our systems within 30 days, and reply to let you know it’s done. If you ask us to delete your client account, we delete your contact details and your pets’ records, except for payment and tax records we are required by law to keep.

You can also delete the conversation from your own Messenger or Instagram inbox at any time. That removes it from your side only. Ask us as above to remove our copy.
